Comfortable bed and nice shower were highlights.
The hotel had no elevator, which made lugging my suitcase up three flights exhausting. Despite the lovely decor, I found the air conditioning inadequate, making the room uncomfortably warm at times. Additionally, it was a hassle to pay in cash only, leading to wasted hours looking for ATMs with available cash.

The location is truly amazing, just a
stone's throw from Diocletian's Palace. The ambiance inside is stylish and contemporary, yet I found the stairs quite challenging, especially with luggage. The hosts were exceptionally attentive and friendly, offering local insights and recommendations, making our stay even better.

The hostess, Ivana, was exceptionally helpful, providing us with local insights and recommendations that enhanced our stay.
The stairs to access the rooms are quite steep and without an elevator, making it exhausting to carry luggage up to the third floor.

Had an awesome stay! The location in Split's Old Town is unbeatable, super close to Diocletian's Palace. Ivana was a rockstar, giving us great tips on local spots. Just a heads up, those stairs to the 3rd floor are no joke if you have heavy luggage!

The room delivered a clean and modern vibe, perfect for unwinding after a day spent exploring Split. Strong water pressure in the shower made for refreshing morning routines. Despite the noise from the nearby bar that continued until the early hours, the ambiance inside the room remained surprisingly quiet, allowing for restful nights. It was a treat to have a comfortable bed and a kettle for coffee or tea. However, the hotel's location presented a real challenge due to the absence of an elevator, making lugging heavy bags up four flights exhausting. The check-in process felt disorganized and confusing as I arrived without clear directions. Having to pay in cash and encountering a late-night noise disturbance can be frustrating for many travelers. Still, I appreciated the friendly hosts who offered useful local tips and helped with our queries. If you arrive prepared for the stairs and noise, this place can provide a unique experience.

I felt so fortunate to stay here, nestled right on the main street, making it incredibly convenient to explore all the sights. The room was exceptionally clean, and I appreciated the artistic touches in the décor that added to the ambiance. The hosts were not just friendly. they truly went above and beyond. They helped us with local insights and even arranged early morning ferry tickets for us, ensuring our trip went smoothly.
The only downside was that despite the great energy of the area, the street noise could sometimes be a little distracting during the night.

Just a prime choice for a break on long journey in Split with reasonable price. The bed was comfortable and provided a decent night's sleep despite the noise outside. Bring cash and prepare for some stairs if you have heavy bags.

Group great time relaxing
We had an lovely stay with wonderful evenings on the balcony drinking wine and watching the lively street below. The owners were accommodating even leaving us a lovely bottle of merlot for my boyfriend's birthday which was a nice surprise.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but still worth it for the experience we had.
